
TASHARA SHEPERIS – Desk Staff
Since a very young age, Tashara has been in love with dance. She has performed in a wide variety of productions from full length ballets to musical showcases and in several liturgical pieces at Saint Mary’s Church of the Immaculate Conception. Mrs Sheperis is a gradute of Coughlin High School where she was a member of National Honor Society and was named to the “Who’s Who of American High School Student.” Tashara was the captain of teh Coughlin’s Junior Varsity Cheerleading Squad and was given the opportunity to perform at a Temple University half-time show. As a senior, she was named to the UCA All Star Team. Miss Tashara was an assistant in a specialized course of dance studies for the Deutsche Institute. It was her involvement with SAFE (Supporting Autism and Families Everywhere) that meritedTashara receiving the Catherine McCauley Scholarship for Community Service. Additionally, sh received a Head Start Scholarship and a Coca Cola Scholarship (full tuition) to coninue her studies. She graduated Cum Laude from Misericordia University and earned her Masters Degree from Bloomburg University in 2012. She is the Elementary Special Education Coordiantor for the Wilkes-Barre Area School District. She and her husband Christopher are the proud parents of Delaney Denise and Christian Edward.
