Dominique DelPriore – Instructor

Dominique has been studying dance at the Joan Harris Centre for the past 11 years. She currently continues her training in ballet, tap, and jazz dance. Some of her most notable studio activities include acting as assistant director for the original Halloween set of Scooby Doo and the Voodoo Queen, and her part as Dulcinea in Don Quixote. While attending college at Wilkes University, Dominique graduated in 2018 with a standing of Summa Cum Laude. She earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Elementary Education, a second major in Spanish, a minor in reading, and concentration in Special Education.

While in college, Miss Dominique was chosen to represent the university as an ambassador of education for a convention in Panama City, Panama. She also participated in a study abroad program that allowed her to travel to Spain and Portugal. While in Spain, Miss Dominique was able to take a flamenco ballet class from a professional flamenco dancer. Miss DelPriore is currently employed as a teacher at the Pittston Area School District. Dominique has been an educator for four years.
