It is common for our dancers who begin with us as a child to remain part of the school for fifteen-years or more. In fact, we have dancers with us now who have been with the studio for over thirty years. Our current class includes children and even grandchildren of students of ours The relationships our dancers develop truly last a lifetime. The studio becomes their “second family.” We are there to help celebrate in times of triumph and to comfort during more difficult moments. This friendship does exists outside the studio doors, where you will find classmates arranging movie nights, going on vacations together and yes, serving in each other’s wedding parties. A constant source encouragement and friendship that transcends all age groups or any other classification, this is a bond in which our dancers can always count on. Whether current, or alum, one is always considered a Joan Harris Dancer.
