Knoebels Show
The past 39 years the Joan Harris Centre has held a family picnic and shows at a local Amusement Park. We started with Angela Park in Drums, then Rocky Glen in Moosic and now for 32 years in a row we have been down to Knoebels Amusement Resort in Eleysburg. It is a fun way for the dancers, their families and the studio staff to get together, go on rides, share stories and laugh. We invite all current and former students to come on down and join us in the fun!
Kirby Kidz
Kirby Kidz is a joint outreach program between the F M Kirby Center for the Performing Arts and the Harris Conservatory for the Arts. This theater training project give students a chance to learn dramatic arts, theater movement, voice training and more. It concludes each summer with two weekend performance of the musicals they have been working on. Previous workshops included Kids and Junior productions of The Lion King, Mary Poppins, Shrek, Aristocats, 1001 Dalmatians, Cinderella, Fame, Seussical! and Peter Pan.
